Kampala, Uganda – In a stunning reversal of fortune, a Ugandan witchdoctor has demolished his shrine after winning a staggering UGX 200 million from a sports betting association.
The witchdoctor, who spoke on condition of anonymity, confessed that his initial motivation for opening the shrine was financial gain, not spiritual calling. “I saw how others made money through deception and wanted a share,” he admitted.
However, operating the shrine took a toll on his mental health. “I started having sleepless nights and weird dreams. I realized this wasn’t right,” he said.
Inspired by a security guard’s UGX 300 million win from the same betting association, the witchdoctor took a chance. After paying the subscription fee and receiving guidance, his bets yielded a life-changing windfall.
“To my surprise, all options won,” he exclaimed. “I received my winnings within three days and decided to burn the shrine, freeing myself from guilt and deception.”
