LIRA, UGANDA – Andrew Okello, a security guard in Lira City, has reportedly won over 350 million Ugandan shillings (approximately £75,000) after placing a bet on fixed-odds games through the Uganda Bettors Association.
Okello, who works for a private security firm, said he had seen numerous testimonials from other winners and decided to try the service himself. “I used to see so many positive testimonies of how people won millions from Uganda Bettors Association,” he explained, “I thought this was all [a] scam until I took a risk.”
He paid a fee to the association and received information on the fixed outcomes of certain games. “After paying for the required subscription fee for the fixed games, I received the games,” Okello said. “I didn’t want to make any mistake, so I asked them to help me stake for me and share winnings in case there would be a win, I forwarded my stake and when the games started, I was following, I was more nervous because I have never believed in fixed games though I used to see people praising it I only wanted to try it out and I can confirm that it worked out for me 1000%.” He then placed his bet, which resulted in a substantial win.
Overjoyed, Okello expressed his gratitude. “I will forever appreciate Uganda Bettors Association for saving me and turning my life around in a single day!” he declared.
